REVIEW OF oa.org

Overeaters Anonymous is a 12 step program, founded in 1960, which offers support to individuals who want to recover from overeating, as well as other eating disorders, such as bulimia or anorexia. This program is not exactly a diet plan; it is more of a support system, which is modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous – a support group for people dealing with Alcoholism. There are many diet plans and support group based diet programs available to dieters. We will thoroughly investigate Overeaters Anonymous to see what it can deliver in terms of weight loss and fat reduction.

REVIEW OF Overeaters Anonymous

Overeaters Anonymous is a program developed for individuals with weight problems. Unlike our normal reviews that dissect the ingredients contained in dietary supplements, this review will look at this program and its effectiveness for assisting in weight loss. The program, it should be mentioned, does not include use of herbal supplements like Hoodia Gordonii for appetite suppression or Advantra-Z for enhanced fat burning.
