Prior to the return/exchange, an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be issued by the return department before My Blankee accepts the merchandise. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
All other items are categorized as "special order" because we do not normally keep these items in stock, and we only manufacture them once an order has been placed. Customers can only revise or cancel their orders within a 48 hour period. This rule applies to all wholesale and retail customers. Special order items include throws, twin, queen, and king sized blankets, and robes.

Our goal in expanding and clarifying our policy on the collection and use of customer data is to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security. Let us emphasize that this policy is a corporate-wide policy.
