I am based in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield and I work with clients, both men and women, of all ages and fitness abilities.
I offer those who hate public gyms the chance to get fit in the comfort of my fully equipped private gym. I also get clients out in the fresh air by organising outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, running and circuit training in the local park.
