Me
I've tried before to describe myself. It's never really worked, so I'm going to put together lists of things that I'm interested in, favourite books and movies and so on on the right-hand side of this page instead.
The Site
This site is written in PHP which is an embedded scripting language that is really quite nifty. There's nothing clever involved in most of the pages; just a few bits of code to make sure I have a standard look for every page. The exception is the photo section, which uses The Gallery.
The site will look best in a browser that properly supports Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), although it should look good on any browser - please let me know if you have any problems. I use Internet Explorer 5 or Mozilla. I used to like using good old Netscape 4 until I realised how badly it supports CSS...
