The Marianna Stoltz House has been a peaceful haven for travelers and visiting professionals for fifteen years. We are close to downtown for easy access to the Convention Center, Opera House, Ag Center, the Arena, shopping areas, and we are only four houses from the bus line.
Built in 1908, this stately residence surrounded by century old trees displays the best craftsmanship of the day and is listed on the Spokane register of historic landmarks. Once inside, (after pausing on the wide wrap-around veranda), guests encounter high ceilings, oriental rugs, fir woodwork, leaded glass and shining maple floors. Inside, you have exclusive use of the spacious and elegant parlor, sitting and dining rooms, all furnished with oriental rugs and authentic period pieces.
We offer coffee, teas and cookies to be enjoyed at your leisure. Awaken to a generous and sumptuous breakfast which may include specialties such as Stoltz House Strada, Puffy Dutch Pancakes with homemade Apple Syrup or Peach Melba Parfait, prepared fresh each morning.
