- Knowledge Box Central was born from many years of a love for crafts....and a combination of frustration, desparation and necessity. Teaching my youngest daughter has been an enormous challenge. Our daughter is extremely intelligent, as I have found many homeschool children to be, very active, very talkative, very demanding, persistent to the point of obssession, clearly in charge and in need of a few teaspoons of patience. Most of you are probably familiar with the basic learning styles such as Visual, Auditory and Tactile or Kinesthetic. Most of us know what our preferred style of learning is as well. With my daughter I found that addressing one or the other wasn't working. I was fustrated, failing (I thought), and at my wits end.
