Kim Ades
Kim Ades, MBA is founder and President of Opening Doors. Between 1995 and 2005, Kim was the founder and President of Upward Motion and is well known for dramatically penetrating the international real estate industry with a product called the Real Estate Simulator, a web-based assessment tool for the recruitment, selection, and training of real estate agents. In her last year with the company, revenues increased by over 1000%.
Kim continues her career by working hand in hand to propel the success of companies that sell products and services to the real estate industry. She is also a regular contributor to a series of national real estate publications including Frog Pond Magazine, Real Estate Professional Magazine, and RISMedia's National Real Estate and Relocation Magazine.
Kim is recognized for her warmth, her passion, and her instinctive talent at driving sales. She is creative in her approach and often takes people by surprise. She is blunt, she is honest, and for her, every sale is personal. She has a way of seeing the strengths and weaknesses of her clients and helping them to open the door to their own success.
On a more personal level, Kim lives in Toronto, Canada and is the mother of two incredible children. For her, making every effort to be a great mother is extremely important. As such she plays a leading role in an organization called kidPRINCIPLES whose primary purpose is to help parents to create peaceful, loving homes by teaching the principles found in the book Raise Your Kids Without Raising Your Voice.
