- Since this site is really about YOU reaching your goals, I’ll be quick. I’m a mom of two and I love how my life has changed as a result. I don’t mind the sleepless nights and the vague anxiety about parenting in general because the little ones are completely worth it. But I DO mind these extra pounds that seem to hang around long after I’ve settled into the mommy routine. I figure there are millions of other moms out there who are desperately trying to lose the weight while balancing everything that comes with being a mom. Plus, I didn’t want to go through this alone and it doesn’t exactly make for great conversation with other women (and men) who aren’t exactly in the post-childbirth phase.
