I live in the boonies ...aka rural Nova Scotia... part of a place known as Canada, alternately known as Canuck Land, Nanook Land or the Great White North. ( take off, eh? )
I am happily married to my best friend. We have three children and a cat. We used to farm. Now I do THIS for a living.
I can ... milk a cow, make cheese ( feta is my specialty ), give an injection, remove stitches, slaughter poultry, get an ornery horse over a jump, make roue, start sourdough, sew a man's 3 piece suit, tell you the latin names of most perennials, roll my tongue, do a triathlon.
