- Welcome to the official website of the Kansas City Recording Artist, Jason Star. Jason Star recorded his first independent album, "Shocker" in 2001. Jason Star then formed Crew21 alongside Lizzie Riley and Erin Meadows. The group was an instant smash locally. They were featured on radio and TV. Crew21 changed members when Lizzie Riley and Erin Meadows exited and the two were replaced by Cassie Fernandez. Together as the new Crew21, Jason Star and Cassie Fernandez got radio and TV exposure. They also were heard by pop superstar and actor, Michael Damian. Once, Jason Star and Cassie Fernandez parted ways, Jason Star began working on solo music once again. He recorded a cover version of David Essex's classic song, "Rock On." In the summer of 2005 Jason Star released his second full length independent album, "Unstoppable." The single, "Up Down" followed in 2006. This website is the official website for Jason Star. It is updated on a regular basis, so be sure to bookmark this website.
