April 2006: Compassion Capital Fund (CCF) sub-awardees and others attended a 3-day Relationship Enhancement (RE) "trainers training" in Oakland. These people represent key staff in small or emerging FCBOs who are building their capacity to conduct marriage and family strengthening education. The people shown represent 14 such programs. The training was conducted by Dennis Stoica of So. Cal. and Carolyn Curtis of Sacramento.

They will use the communication and presentation skills they learned to now train couples in their areas. The grads are showing their certificates that they are each now an Authorized Program Leader of RE, a highly-regarded communications skills curriculum for couples.
