We recently realized from working with numerous businesses over the years that in many cases businesses were not investing in programs to develop their organizations. Also, many of these businesses have failed to develop their leaders, teams and individuals, a critical requirement for achieving the high performance levels needed for on-going success.
We also discovered most businesses have the financial resources to provide training / consulting and HR services, but fail to do so on a consistent basis, for various reasons. We realized one of the major reason was the inability of many companies to recognize the value of organization development programs and the impact they yield when implemented as part of their business plans. This mindset is one of the contributing causes of the high percentage of business failures during the first 5-10 years of operation.
Consequently, we realized an opportunity to provide solutions to change these mindsets. We started consulting with many companies and asking questions like, "What kinds of training/consulting services would be valuable to you?", "If you could develop a training program for your company, how would you design it ?" "How much time do you have to train your current staff?" " Would you provide training in-house if affordable resources were made available?" "Why have you not chosen to make training / consulting resources available to your organization?" Every time we asked these questions we received similar responses.
