...and this is Lynn and our dogs Laney and Cub-E. This is where we live. I was born Aug. 9th, 1962. In 1988, at the age of 26 and right before the holidays, I suffered a severe stroke that left me in a wheelchair. After many years of therapy I decided to go to back to college; majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Even though it was a difficult field I still graduated with a G.P.A. of 3.63. After graduation I searched to Kingdom Come looking for a job in my field but had no luck. If the so-called employer did want me the building they happened to be located in was NOT wheelchair accessible. By this point in time I lost total confidence in the ADA and equal rights for the disabled.
It has been very difficult for me to find the help that I need even though it's been several years since my stroke. So I created this website. I have tried to design this site in a way that all of us and our families could benefit from it and to get the help that we need and deserve. I will be the first person to admit that I don't have all of the answers, that is why I have to depend on you for your feedback in making this site the #1 source for all of us to visit.
I have used my own money to get this site up and going. With you and my future sponsors we can keep this site running for a long time to come. THANKS! Oh, Laney is going to be a 13 year old Chow Chow this year. Doesn't look it, does she!
