- Burton H. Goldfarb, D.M.D. Dr. Burton Goldfarb received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and his Dental Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He spent three years in the Army Dental Corps receiving additional training in prosthetic dentistry. He taught prosthetic dentistry at Harvard School of Dental Medicine for 20 years. Dr. Goldfarb is a member of national, state and local dental societies as well as a former member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Science and the Harvard Odontological Society.
