Youssef Ibrahim questions why Europe should allow Saudi princes to build mosques on the Continent, when not only are there no churches, but it is illegal to pray as a Christian or even be a Jew in Saudi Arabia and many other Muslim countries. “It is high time for equality,” Ibrahim wrote. This is what the pope meant by a "real" dialogue between Muslims and Christians — no polite exchanges over tea, but some serious, adult talk about whose tolerance is in question.
