- Fair Workplace Council was founded on the idea that it is possible to bring an end to sweatshops, unsafe working conditions, and environmental degradation, that are often linked with the manufacture of consumer electronics. Our focus is to create a mechanism that empowers consumers to choose responsibly made electronics; thereby giving incentive to companies to act responsibly.
