- Domainwatch.org was created to educate domain name registrants who are opposed to the advertising practices which are known as domain name slamming. Consumers are increasingly hostile to domain name slamming. Domainwatch.org is a volunteer organisation dedicated to eliminating domain name slamming, with a focus on Australia’s role in preventing domain name slamming. We pursue these aims through community education programs, by providing this site, which is a central repository for information on domain name slamming primarily in Australia, and by providing advice to the government and regulatory bodies on how best to deal with the domain name slamming problem.
