- Hurricane Ike came through the other day and f-ed up the program. After making sure that the family was safe and secure in their various locations around town, I packed up a few days worth of clothes and headed to Sugar Land with young Krystin at her sister and brother-in-laws. I had to be near in case I had to return to the hospital to work. Long story, short, we basically slept through the entire thing, waking for some especially scary moments and spent the next day hanging out with her sister and brother-in-law.
