Since its inception at the dawn of the “Digital Divide” movement, Digital Partners has experimented with a variety of approaches to supporting the expansion of the Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) sector. Under the leadership of Dr. Akhtar Badshah and through the Global Classmates, Social Enterprise Laboratory, and e-Inclusion initiatives, we have helped to support a number of worthy efforts around the world. As this sector matures, however, we believe the time has come to distil what we have learned and focus it on catalyzing specific advancements in the ICT4D space.
