Every day, DBLive’s proprietary forecast engines generate and distribute multi-day weather forecasts for 65,000 cities as well as 12,000 revealing forecast maps for high and low temperatures, sky conditions, rain probability, rain amount, cloud cover, winds, humidity, pressure, etc. In addition, every hour its servers respond to thousands of real-time requests for forecasts and maps for any point on the globe, and gather and distribute currently observed global weather conditions. Add sea and beach forecasts, ultraviolet forecasts, longrange climate information for global clients, in multiple languages, and the large scale and innovative quality of these automated operations becomes apparent. DBLive weather information now appears in newspapers, TV, indoor and outdoor displays, web sites, radio, cell phones, and trade journals. DBLive’s marketing, sales and management effort must be expanded to produce the desired revenue and profit ramp-up. Management effort must be focused on marketing and sales to accelerate the revenue ramp-up and additional resources must be applied to insure the smooth flow of product distribution. To remain ahead of competition, continuous effort must be directed toward the company’s technical product development.
