- Cyber Group was established over 8 years ago by a team of successful and highly experienced Texas Instruments (TI) employees, including the company’s founder and CEO Bhopi Dhall. Jerry Junkins, the President and CEO of TI at the time, called upon Bhopi to set up a software product engineering Off-shore Development Center (ODC) at TI’s Bangalore facility in India. This ODC was successfully set-up and was consistently delivering software running on multiple processors controlling complex equipment. That multi-million dollar experience is what Bhopi drew on when he set up Cyber Group’s operation in Delhi, India, in 2000.
