I bought this domain from ev1servers.net and bought the hosting package from hostprestige.com. The domain cost like $7 a year and the package cost $12. I'm thinking about getting a upgrade for the bandwidth though. If your wondering how I paid for this, all I can say is this: NOT BY MY PARENTS. I had to later upgrade my account do to the bandwidth usage, since my site was growing so much. I purchased a 10gig account for bandwidth, and that seems to be holding up right now. My site hasn't been that successful in the first year, but I'll be looking to the second. :p

It's been a year since I bought the domain, and hosting, and I've decided to change Cruiza Designs to Cruiza Designs² and start Version 1. Farther down the road, I think I'll change Cruiza's name, but I'm satisfied with it for now. Who knows, maybe I'll never change it.

I started web design years ago when I wanted to make my own site. I had been making my own 'little' sites on free servers like homestead. From what I understand, Homestead isn't free anymore. :S Well, after that when I got into high school and saw that there was a class for web design, I immediately signed up for my 10th grade year. Fun class, I learned a lot. Got some basics going for me, and learned the rest of what I knew online. I started trying to alter Allen Iverson's picture after I saw some really nice looking wallpapers on alleniversonfantasy.com . I practiced a lot and actually got this style going for myself that actually looked kind of like the person that made these interesting looking wallpapers. I called it "The Raquel Style" because the girl that made them, is named Raquel. Ironically, I ended up being a Moderator for the site! Next, I actually learned how to set up my own server, and got my own site at http://alison.mine.nu. Unfortunately, the company that was hosting my DNS domain name, went on a Hiatus, and there still on one! I had made several sub sites to the main site I made there, which I still have and will probably put them up on display in the near future. Now, I'm here, with this domain and writing this little auto bio. I plan to go to college in the future to study this stuff and hopefully it will become my profession.
