We are done when
- We have answered/handled all queries, complaints and suggestions put out on the ConcernsPage and Suggestions Box from 16 to 31 Nov, within one working day of the edit, with the intention of entering into relationships with the folks asking questions.
- All NoBot requests are handled immediately (no need to verify email since if it's not the domain holder, it's easy to repopulate when the real domain holder shows up)
- If the entry is addressed on CommonConcerns, remove the entry and leave a link to CommonConcerns
- All entries on either page have a visible response on the page, indented and in italics, for example.
- All entries from 16 to 30 Nov have been archived.
Aspect of this Task for Nov 16-30
- I suggest we revise CommonConcerns it's text heavy and we should ensure that the issues addressed are clearly expressed and relevant. Also, I'd be interested in working to tweak the Contact Information secvtion of the CommonConcerns page. Kasey 12:36, 15 November 2007 (PST)
- Why Do This?
- We direct folks with questions to the CommonConcerns page as their first stop where we indicate that an answer to their query is likely to found. We need to make this page as useful as possible.

- Deal with all issues on the ConcernsPage within one working day of the edit

I think it would be a nice idea to pair while handling complaints/issues on the ConcernsPage. Thoughts? Obed Suhail
