ConcernsPageUpkeep
Who
What
- Providing help to the community by answering/handling queries and complaints put on the ConcernsPage and SuggestionBox and AboutUs:Help
Why this is important
- Community service
- Part of AboutUs Help
- Clarifying issues
- People asking questions (even angry ones) are more likely to become ActiveMembers
We are done when
- We have answered/handled all queries, complaints and suggestions put out on the ConcernsPage and Suggestions Box from 1 Nov to 15 Nov, within one working day of the edit, with the intention of entering into relationships with the folks asking questions.
- All NoBot requests are handled immediately (no need to verify email since if it's not the domain holder, it's easy to repopulate when the real domain holder shows up)
- If the entry is addressed on CommonConcerns, remove the entry and leave a link to CommonConcerns
- All entries on either page have a visible response on the page, indented and in italics, for example.
-
All entries from 16 to 30 Sept have been archived.
- I am not clear on when to remove a duplicate concern after we have answered or fulfilled it. End of the iteration? End og the month? Either seems to work, depending on the volume of requests. The ConcernsPage links to [[FAQ] and CommonConcerns. If anything keeping the page well maintained and frequently archived will make it easier for folks with concerns, CommonConcerns or not, to add them to the page- less visual confusion. Plan for the next two weeks
- Deal with all issues on the ConcernsPage within one working day of the edit
Discussion
I think it would be a nice idea to pair while handling complaints/issues on the ConcernsPage. Thoughts? Obed Suhail
