Description
We do a lot of work researching and indexing Costa Rica's web infrastructure. That's how our design team became aware of the many Costa Rican realtors and allegedly "MLS" websites. None of them, it seemed to us, made it particularly easy for home buyers, vacation renters, and land developers to shop around by region or price range.
Therefore, we built CoffeeCup™ Real Estate Internet Cafe -- a very powerful MySQL database with prompt downloads and uniformly helpful information in five separate categories: Houses For Sale, Rental Houses; Developed Lots; Farms & Fincas; and Commercial Property. It's easy for real estate agents and owners to advertise their properties, and easy for everyone else to see what's available.
CoffeeCup™ MLS is fairly new. It will take time to persuade realtors and owners to list their properties in our database.
