What (summary)
This project is about planning the work for the next iteration of development even while we are doing the work for the current iteration. Planning the next iteration is work we must always accomplish during the current iteration.
Why is this important?
We want to work on tasks that "most" contribute to the larger goals of AboutUs. This means that we need to plan our work, and work our plan. Before deciding to work on any project we should answer the following questions:
- What is the project?
- Why is it important?
- What does it mean to be DoneDone with this project?
- How many PairDays will it take to get to DoneDone?
- Who is responsible for the project during this iteration?
DoneDone
- A pithy yet complete report of every DoneDone project from the current iteration has been published and noted on DailyBuzz before the end of the cycle.
- Every project that is somewhere on the list of priorities has had all of the key questions answered.
- Every person on the DevelopmentTeam understands the list and feels that it is good enough.
Steps to DoneDone

Prioritize projects that have all the information for Aug 16-31 -
Move all the rest into either DoneDone or Later or Needs Love section -
Prioritize projects in the Needs Love section -
Insert any projects that we think should be in the Needs Love section. -
Ask Ray to insert any project that should be in the Needs Love section. - In order of priority, clean up projects in the Needs Love Section and insert them in the August 16-31 cycle.
- Get Ray and other strategists to help prioritize the projects in the soon bin for work during the August 16-31 cycle.

Write up and deliver our report of which projects got DoneDone during the current cycle
