Fix lingering casespace issues
What (summary)
- User:Jason Parmer and User:Jason PArmer should be the same
- Fix lingering casespace issues and Fix Lingering casespace issues should be the same
- Inserting {{undelete}} should work the same as inserting {{Undelete}}
- Some page moves give database errors.
- There exist a couple hundred "orphaned" pages in the DB that are currently inaccessible. We should purge them or something. First, we need a tool to make sure they don't have valuable content.
Why this is important
Self-evident given RationalizeArticleCapitalization. Users want bugs fixed.
