- Paul Middleton has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1993. He has been politically active for many years, serving on both state and national convention rules committees for the Republican Party. Paul recently retired from the Washington State Department of Licensing and attends Timberline Baptist Church in Lacey. Paul and his wife, Judy, have been married 40 years, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
