How can I as a site-owner remove the OptOut?

According to the page RetroFinity.com the previous owner has elected not to initialise their AboutUs page with content from their website. I see at the bottom of the page the Category assigned of OptOut. Since I now own this domain and the content on it, how do I remove this OptOut and initialise the AboutUs page for RetroFinity.com?
