Kestane, kalibre edilmiş şekilde tesisimize gelip titizlikle seçildikten sonra, her safhası dikkatle takip edilerek kestane şekeri haline gelmektedir. Öncelikle Bursa ve yöresinde yetişen kestaneler tercih edilmekle beraber, İzmir ve Aydın yöresi kestaneleri ile üretim takviye edilmektedir. Üretimini yaptığımız kestaneler, kırık ve bütün kestane şekeri olarak hazırlanmakta, kırık kestane şekeri yaş pastalarda kullanılmakta, bütün kestane şekeri seçkin satış noktalarında direkt olarak satışa sunulmaktadır.

The chestnut is made form of candied by controlling carefully in every phase after coming with its calibrated state and chosing meticulously. The chestnuts especially which have grown in Bursa and its surounding are prefered and besides the production is supported with chestnuts of Izmir and Aydin . The chestnuts which have been producted by us are prepared as full body and broken candied chestnut and theese are used in pies.However The full body candied chestnuts are presented to seel directly on the elite sales points.
