katutura is a location situated in windhoek ,mowenduka,it was eatablished as a result of the forced removal of native namibians from the old location due to the apartheid era.the people disliked their new relocated area hence called it katutura which means we wont settle in otjiherero a naitive languange in namibia.it was poorly developed and the infrastructure leaves much to be desired.
