Dennis Gerard F. Manalastas is the President of Intellego Synergies Asia (formerly CIS Phils.).

A respected authority in the field of IT in the Province of Bulacan, Mr. Manalastas is the Immediate Past President of the Bulacan IT Industry Association, and is likewise a former Director of the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). In 1999 Dennis Manalastas was awarded 1999 Most Outstanding Bulacan Businessman by the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He specializes in web and interactive multimedia applications programming.

Dennis Manalastas obtained the degrees of Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines.
