The 13Roses Australia Group utilizes the IP and operationally trades from the websites as well as retail premises located at 35 Collins Street in Melbourne. The company was registered late in 2004 after the acquisition of the smartnumber 13ROSES (TM) and has continued to trade and to utilize the brand without interruption since that time.

Our business is floristry and we see the use of the 13ROSES brand as a central pillar in our effort to survive, innovate and expand in an increasingly competitive environment. We have online, telephone and retail shop operations for the preparation and sale of flowers and related products and the wire relay of such orders to other florists. Since purchase of the smartnumber, we have been building a business around the brand 13ROSES (TM).

Operations: Early in 2005 we activated the 13ROSES (TM) smartnumber. Operationally, we co-brand 13ROSES (TM) with ROSETIME (TM) and promote both brands concurrently. Eg/. “When its Rosetime call 13ROSES(TM)”. "Hey Pat, i need to send flowers...got any ideas? Yeah, just dial 13ROSES...its faster than flowers"
