Brien and his family felt that Marco Island was missing the true New England style eatery. After starting Satisfaction Guaranteed Fishing Charters in 1998, Capt. Brien and his father, Santo Spina, decided to fill the void by opening Capt. Brien's Seafood & Roast Beef in July of 2001.
