- Collegiate mock trial is a trial simulation in which students perform as attorneys or witnesses and are scored competitively for their respective performances. Each year a fictional case is constructed and teams from various schools across the country formulate case strategies to present in this simulated forum. Each team’s performance at regional and national tournaments determines how successful they are in the world of college mock trial in any given year.
