According to the website, the classes are 60 minutes long and are taught by fitness instructors from L.A. The classes are designed for a minimum of 24 people, and the classes include full body workouts for all fitness levels. The classes at Burn 60 include both cardiovascular and strength training workouts, and the studio has treadmills and free weights for members to use. Burn 60 is a studio, meaning that there is one room where all the equipment is located and where the instructors hold classes. Joining this studio is somewhat more limited than other health clubs due to the small, contained space where everything takes place. As mentioned, the studio has treadmills for members to use for their cardiovascular workouts, free weights and body bars for the strength training and some open space dedicated to floor workouts or stretching. Mirrors adorn both of the longest walls of the room, allowing members to view their posture while working out and giving the studio the feel of occupying a larger space. Potential members can visit the website to gain more information about Burn 60 and can also take a virtual tour of the studio, as well as get tips from trainers. The address, phone number and class rates are also posted online. A single class at Burn 60 costs $25, and as mentioned, packages can also be purchased, which offers a slight savings. A 10-class package costs $230, 20 classes are $420 and a package of 30 classes costs $540. Classes include free water, towel service and parking.
