William Reed

For more than sixteen years, Mr. Reed has been practicing law in Florida. He currently restricts his practice to bankruptcy, family law, elder law, probate and business law. He has handled cases across the state of Florida. He has served as a guardian advocate and as an attorney ad litem in Lake County, Florida. He is also a court appointed dependency attorney and represents victims in adult dependency proceedings. His professional background includes up-to-date memberships with the Florida Bar Family Law Section and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Lawyers Association, and has in the past held memberships with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Before entering private practice, he worked for the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits. He is a graduate of the Shepard Broad Center for the Study of Law at Nova Southeastern University, which is located near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Florida State University, and an A.A. degree from Valencia Community College.
