AAWTS is a national, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of individuals who "simply enjoy wine, and want to enjoy wine simply"™! Our organization's focus is on exposing individuals to an array of wines in a comfortable, relaxed and unpretentious setting. We believe that moderate consumption of wine enhances and enriches everyday life.
Although our members are predominantly African American, we are a diverse group of individuals who share a common interest in learning about wine. AAWTS Membership is open to anyone!
AAWTS was founded by three members in May 2002 in Atlanta, GA and now hosts Chapters in Georgia and Indiana.
