- SPECIAL E is a unique event planning resource that rescues leftovers from meetings, parties, and special events and recycles them to help our planet and people in need. For example, we'll rescue leftover food from a buffet that would normally be thrown out and have it converted into organic-rich compost. This will benefit the environment and help reverse the effects of global warming by conserving landfill space and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We can also rescue excess food that hasn't been served and deliver it to local food banks and soup kitchens to feed people that are hungry and homeless.
