Additional Information
Hi
My name is Luc Falies
'''I am the CEO of A7discovery, LLC'''
I am in NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH THE DOMAIN NAME
"WWW.A7DISCOVERY.COM"
You will see my company name without the "LLC" designation linking to the domain name "www.a7discovery.com"; Even though you will see my company name address and phone numbers and other personal and private data clearly on some web site directories such as "metroplexdirectory", I am in no way associated with "www.a7discovery.com" BUT clicking on the A7Discovery name will indeed misdirect your following the HYPERLINK to a domain name that I do not own despite its OBVIOUS name similarities: that is
www.a7discovery.com
My company, A7Discovery, LLC DOES NOT HAVE A WEB SITE.
Indeed, I file a complaint with the FTC concerning this misuse of my corporate identity now private and personal info in relation to the name A7Discovery used to link to another incorporated business that apparently used my old doamin for some reason of their own...
So, to you'all : be advised and don't be mislead
By the way: for those who ask and also to the new owner of "a7discovery" : YOU GUYS NEED TO KNOW WHAT "A7" STANDS FOR: it is good to use someone else old domain names but it is also good to know why such a name: I am French and A7 means is pronounced in French "A/sset: "A" "SET", simply because through my home improvement business I was helping people with their assets: their home, the renovation , their increased comfort thorugh home improvement I was performing.
So, read Discovery of your Asset: I wonder how this info then now relates to the ad services you sell?
If the public , possibly confused as to who is who, seek to contact me that is CEO of the home improvement company "A7Discovery, LLC" , SEND ME AN EMAIL at lffrench@aol.com or call 214.202.2770.
Do not follow any link seeking to visit my company site "a7discovery, LLC" using my name abreviated fo its "LLC" extension as a bait to forward you to a web site that I do not own and that is forwarding you to a so-called "www.A7discovery.com" and that is owned and operated by a totally different company/entity handling various online activities.
I already filed a complain with the FTC in this regard in order to have the owner of "www.a7discovery.com" update the informtaion displayed in the browser of visitor of directory listing, so that my name, home address, phone numbers are remove ... I feel like someone is using abusively my identity ... to my expense. That is an uncomfortable feeling. Like , if I had been cloned, having lost his identity as a person. And I owe this to "www.a7discovery.com" and the "metroplexdirectory" and probably other site that I haven visited yet.
However, I must say that that using/taking over legally a Domain name that a legally registered company previosuly owned and turn it into a fast money making business using the previous company reputation and traffic is quite smart: I just cannot keep this domain for life ... or should we all do that.
That is fine with me, they can keep the domain name, AS LONG AS the domain owner(s) remove my personal info, as displayed for instance on "metroplexdirectory" address and phone numbers of the display. I believe it is misleading to the visitors and could lead consumers into victims at some point. Do you people agree that you want to make sure of the identity of the owner of the site you may eventually do business with.
Best to you all ... and hopefully each owner of each respective business will have rapidly fixed these issues to the benefit of their visitors, indeed you who read this page.
Luc Falies CEO A7Discovery.LLC Tel. 214.202.2770 NO, we do not have a web site under this name "A7Discovery" and the "dot com" extension. It is another entity.
