envirochex is a Dallas-based consultant specializing in healthy indoor environments. Founded by Mr. Randy Penn, envirochex provides investigation, testing, and consulting services relating to microbial contamination and indoor air quality issues.
Mr. Penn is an independent Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) and a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (Texas Department of State Health Services). Although not in practice, he also holds an inactive-status license in Texas as a professional real estate inspector which provides additional qualifications for investigations of structures with moisture problems.
Capitalizing on over 30 years experience in engineering, research and development, contracting, program management, and consulting, Randy has directed numerous projects in consumer, commercial, industrial and government domains. He is dedicated to providing clients with unsurpassed service by utilizing an extensive background in situation assessment, innovating thinking, and logical problem solving.
