- Nette (frustrated) : No matter what phone number I call, I continue to get the same woman who is almost impossible to understand. She can no answer any questions and insists that I wait for a call from tech support. It has been three days, I have been calling every day, and I still receive no calls from tech support. We can not get on the internet because of your virus-type software. They will not tell us how to uninstall the software, how to cancel the account, nor will tech support call us with a solution to our problem. We are being HELD HOSTAGE AND WE DON'T LIKE IT! Get a REAL 24-hour tech support in the U.S. with people who can actually do something for us. I want out of this company NOW and don't recommend it to anyone. SCARY! 08:04, 18 March 2008 (PDT)
- Telephone Guru's reply : I have experienced the same thing, and it is not enjoyable. Non English speaking folks for support, and they hung up on me. They do not want to cancel my serivce or give me the download to cancel the filter. Under LAN settings under tools in the browser, it is actually greyed out, and without the download, you cannot turn it off. Well, when it works it is no problem, but they have been down for 3 days. Now they don't want to help? Nice. Not a good way for a Christian service organization to work. Very disappointed. Thu Jan 08 23:30:55 UTC 2009
