永兴阀门公司由一个家庭小作坊发展至今，公司股东会在企业的创办之初企业已是以科技兴企为发展的核心。在1993年成立专利工作组。而在2002年12月29日组织会议通过在93年度工作组的基础上重组专利工作组。由陈鹤源总经理担任组长，项目负责人由国家级资深工程师虞之日总工程师担任。拥有高级职称10多位工程师为组员，形成了一个以专业人材为导向的阀门专业开发企业。并争取成为南海区阀门产品研发中心。在专利产品基础上本公司的企业标准有多项升为国家行业标准，公司共负责起草了两个建设部国家行业标准，分别为CJ/T 160-2002“倒流防止器”和“给水管道高速排气阀”，建设部标准编制任务文件号为建标准[2004]65号。参编了一个公安部强制性国家行业标准和一个建设部国家行业标准。分别为GB 5135・11“自动喷水灭火系统第11部份沟槽式管接件”和《二OO四年建设归口工业产品行业标准制订、修订计划》给排水法兰连接软密封闸阀。 “永泉牌”系列阀门，如：北京奥林匹克运动场工程、广州市大学城、广州国际会议
