The WFRC is an association of 60 cities and five counties organized in 1969 for the purpose of pursuing goals of common interest. Similar associations of governments serve other areas of the State. The Wasatch Front Regional Council area of service comprises Davis, Weber, Morgan, Salt Lake and Tooele Counties and the cities contained therein.
