It served voice and data customers in the Santa Barbara region alongside its Silicon Beach brand. In April 2006, NetLojix merged West.net and Silicon Beach with Impulse Internet Services into a new entity, Impulse Internet Services, LLC, combining what were described as the two most experienced internet service engineering teams in the region.
