Prior to the passing of Larry Venne in October 2008, the firm had three partners: Larry Venne, Jeff Hart and Sid Hodges. Larry founded the firm in 1989 while Sid and Jeff joined in 1997 and 2001, respectively. With the passing of our esteemed partner, the Oregon State Board of Accountancy allowed us to retain our existing name for only a limited period of time, and then requires the firm to change its name to reflect the present ownership structure.
