Terra Nova was founded in 1997. The office is located in Callander, in an area of outstanding natural beauty recently established as Scotland's first National Park. We work throughout the UK and Internationally. We won a National Training Award for a long-term Leadership Development programme created for Oki, and gained accreditation for the Scottish Quality Management System, being among the first independent organisations to do so.
