In November, 1979, Rhonda Paver, M.A., her husband Bill and their children opened the doors at 1710 Richcreek with a vision of providing the highest Quality Care and Education for young children. In recognizing the tremendous challenge parents face when searching for early care and learning, Rhonda worked to establish a trusted partnership with parents.
