- This website has been created to give a warning and a word of advice to prospective buyers of Crest Nicholson Homes of our experiences when we purchased our dream home in 2007 to retire in after suffering from a critical illness. All the relevant facts of my illness were known to Crest Nicholson Sales Consultants and despite this they sold us a house that was incomplete and finished to a very poor standard considering the price that they charged for this house. Whilst a lot of the works have now been completed not only are there still outstanding works that remain to be completed but major design faults that Crest Nicholson management have admitted to but have not responded with their remedial suggestions.
