REVELSTOKE HOME TO FIRST NEIGHBOURHOOD LEARNING CENTRES On November 4th, 2009, Premier Gordon Campbell announced that Revelstoke will be home to the first Neighbourhood Learning Centres in the province.  The Neighbourhood Learning Centre at the new Revelstoke Secondary school will include a community theatre and coordinated health services aimed at vulnerable teens.
